As Director, I oversee the Humanities Academic Services (HAS) center in Padelford A.

I'm from Newcastle upon Tyne in the North East of England, and have an undergraduate background in Business Administration and Japanese.  I'm also a proud Husky, with a graduate degree from the UW's Jackson School of International Studies. Before coming into Higher Ed, I spent 7 years working for various city, state, and consular-level Japanese government offices in Japan and the US focusing on managing international relations and educational exchange programs.

My ultimate goals in student services are simple - empower all students to connect to the future they want, and leave things better than I found them! I serve as our team's liaison to the Asian Languages & Literature and French & Italian Studies departments. I look forward to welcoming you to HAS soon.
