Welcome to Humanities Academic Services

Humanities Academic Services (HAS) is a hub for undergraduate student and faculty services within the Humanities division of the UW College of Arts & Sciences. From student advising and support resources to course management and curriculum coordination, our office works to advance the Humanities experience.

We value diversity, equity, and inclusion of all communities, including underrepresented and first-generation students of color. We strive to be a safe and welcoming space for all.

HAS acknowledges that the work we do is on Indigenous land. We acknowledge the Coast Salish peoples of this land, the land which touches the shared waters of all tribes and bands within the Suquamish, Tulalip and Muckleshoot nations - visit here to read more about Tribal relations and Native life at UW.
